First thing first, how well do you even know yourself?

Sometimes life just goes on. The bad and the good happen to us, forging our character, behavior, and own perspective. But do we take the time to assess what has just manifested in our lives? Understanding, processing, and learning from it? Do we pause (even just for a minute) to listen to the feeling and emotion that has just arisen? When was the last time we truly reflected back on the past decade, year, month, or even the past week? How deeply do we know, take care of, and fall in love with ourselves lately?

The self-love and self-reflection exercises are often left behind. Perhaps we think it is unnecessary. Is it maybe intimidating for some, taking too much time for others, or simply postponing it as a low-priority practice in our busy lives?

One of the Golden Heart Strong Core pillars is to master and constantly blossom our Strong Self. Cultivating this fundamental piece as a habit, to profoundly know and care for our unique self, is the most powerful "opportunity multiplier" to attract greatness in our lives.

How practicing self-love and self-reflection habits can affect our lives for the better?

Follow this simple cycle

Self-love and care mindset

These personal exercises include identifying and nourishing our strengths. It is about exploring our passions, motivation, and drive in life. In other words, it is about celebrating our uniqueness! It is also understanding how to turn weaknesses or any irritating subjects that upset our lives into an exceptional opportunity to become the best person we've ever been. The more we learn, love, and respect ourselves, the more we reveal our true selves without any filter, taking back full control of our own identity.

Self-awareness state of mind

Engaging in a self-awareness state of mind is an effective method to empower our overall well-being. It allows us to notice how the external factor is affecting our internal selves. If it triggers negative feelings, we should learn to accept it and move forward, either by letting it go or finding ways to improve ourselves. On the other side, expressing gratitude will be the best approach to dealing with positive emotions.

Healthy and happy state of mind x We attract who we are

Because we have a healthy relationship with ourselves, we know who we are inside-out and feel at peace in our own skin, we show a better version of ourselves to the world, stronger, more confident, open, generous, more empathic... We also tend to take more risks, and make more fun of ourselves because we suddenly just realize that others' judgment does not matter nor affect us that much anymore. Ironically, the detachment from others' opinions of ourselves is bringing us more authentic people and new exciting opportunities in our lives.

Finally, who else knows us better than we do? Who can pinpoint better than anyone else who we truly are, what we feel, like, and think when something happens to us? Taking the time to build this solid foundation is crucial for the start of an outstanding life!

We will post gentle reminders and specific content to take the time to step back from our busy lives and start falling deeper in love with ourselves again 💛
